What we collect when you request a quote
When you send a quote request for private jet charter in Orlando, we ask for the details a flight planner needs to price and confirm a trip: your name, phone number, email address, and the trip itself. That usually means your departure and arrival cities, travel dates, passenger count, and any baggage, pet, or accessibility notes you choose to include.
We also collect the basics any website records, such as the pages you visit and the browser you use. If you call us, we may keep a record of the conversation, which is covered below. You are welcome to share only what you are comfortable with, though a name and a way to reach you are needed before any operator can quote.
Why we use your information
The main reason is to prepare your quote and move your trip forward. Your trip details go to the operators we ask to price the flight, and your contact information lets us come back to you with the results and answer questions. We may also use your email or phone to follow up on a request that has gone quiet, or to share a quote for a similar itinerary if your plans shift.
We keep records for ordinary business purposes: confirming bookings, handling invoices, resolving any dispute, and meeting the tax and aviation recordkeeping rules that apply to arranging charter flights.
Who sees your details
Orlando Charter Jets arranges flights; we do not operate aircraft. The flights you are quoted on are flown by FAA Part 135 certificated operators who hold operational control. To quote your trip, we share the itinerary and passenger count with those operators, and we share your name and contact details with the operator you select so the flight can be confirmed and the crew can reach you if needed.
We do not sell your information. Beyond the operators quoting your trip, we share data only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our email and phone systems, or when the law requires it.
Call recording and monitoring
Calls to and from our office may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, and recordkeeping. If a call is recorded, you will be told at the start, and you can ask us not to record and we will note it. Written notes from calls are kept under the same retention rules as the rest of your request file.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become bookings are kept for a limited period so we can pick up the conversation if you come back, and are then removed. Records tied to a completed flight are kept longer because charter operators and tax rules require it, and because we may need them to resolve a question about the trip after the fact.
You can ask us to delete your details at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep a specific record. If you would rather not hear from us again after your quote, say so and we will stop.
Cookies and how to reach us
Our site uses cookies to remember your preferences and to understand which pages are useful, and you can block them in your browser settings without losing access to the quote form.
Questions about this notice, or a request to see, correct, or delete what we hold, can go to our team through the contact details on this site. We will respond promptly and explain what we did with your request. Nothing here changes the terms of any charter agreement you sign with an operator.
