How our Orlando charter service works
Orlando Charter Jets is a charter broker. We act as your agent when you ask us to arrange a private jet charter in Orlando, which means we search for aircraft, gather quotes, and coordinate the details of your trip on your behalf. We do not own or operate aircraft, and we are not an air carrier.
Every flight we arrange is flown by an independent air carrier that holds FAA Part 135 operating authority and exercises operational control over that flight. That operator, not us, is responsible for dispatching the aircraft, staffing the crew, and conducting the flight under its own certificate and safety standards.
Orlando private jet charter quotes are
When we send you a quote for a private jet charter in Orlando, that figure is an estimate based on the operator's pricing at the time we prepare it. It is not a confirmed price until the operator confirms availability and issues its own quote or contract.
Fuel, crew scheduling, airport fees, and aircraft availability can shift between the time you inquire and the time a flight is confirmed. We will tell you when a number is firm and when it is still subject to the operator's confirmation. Once the operator confirms, the terms in its contract govern your booking.
Operators, aircraft and crew
The operator you contract with supplies the aircraft and the flight crew, and it holds final authority over whether and how a flight is conducted. That includes decisions about routing, weather minimums, weight and balance, and any delay or cancellation for safety or operational reasons.
Aircraft assignments can change. If the operator substitutes an aircraft, it will typically be of the same or a comparable category, and any difference in price will be handled under the operator's contract with you.
Payment and cancellation follow
Payment schedules, deposits, change fees, and cancellation policies are set by the operator, not by us. Your booking becomes binding when you accept the operator's contract and meet its payment terms, and the operator's cancellation policy applies to any changes you make.
Some bookings call for a deposit at the time of confirmation, with the balance due before departure. Others require payment in full up front. Read the operator's contract carefully, because its terms control refunds, credits, and penalties.
Taxes and government fees
Quotes generally include the federal excise tax that applies to domestic air transportation, along with segment fees and the fees charged by the airports you use. International legs may carry additional customs, immigration, or overflight charges.
Airport and handling fees can vary by facility and by time of day. If a fee is not included in your estimate, we will identify it, and the operator will bill it as its contract provides. Government charges are set by statute and regulation and are not within our control.
Limitation of liability
Because the operator conducts the flight and holds operational control, the operator is responsible for the conduct of the flight and for any injury, loss, or delay that arises from it. Our role is limited to arranging the charter as your agent.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with a charter we arrange is limited to the compensation we received for arranging that charter. We are not liable for the operator's acts or omissions, for weather, air traffic, mechanical issues, or other events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms describe how our arrangement service works and are not a substitute for the operator's contract, which you should read before you book. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you confirm.
